7AM Platform

1. About These Terms

When you buy tickets through the 7AM platform, these terms explain how our service works and your rights. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Who You're Buying From

Important: When you purchase tickets through this platform:

  • Your ticket contract is with the event organizer, not with 7AM
  • The event organizer sets all event terms, refund policies, and entry requirements
  • 7AM provides the technology platform that processes the transaction
  • For any issues with events, contact the organizer (contact information is provided with your purchase)

3. How Ticket Purchase Works

Your Account

  • An account is automatically created when you purchase or receive tickets
  • All tickets are stored digitally in your account
  • Access your tickets via our mobile app or web platform using your login
  • Your account includes a dynamic QR code that can be scanned for entry at events

Security

  • Never share your account QR code - it grants access to all your tickets
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Individual ticket QR codes are only available if the organizer enables them
  • Email confirmations are sent only if the organizer activates this option

Ticket Access

  • Primary access is through your account (web or mobile app)
  • Payment is handled by the organizer's payment provider
  • You can transfer or gift tickets to others through the platform

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • All pricing and refund policies are set by the event organizer
  • Check the event page for specific terms before purchasing
  • The total price shown at checkout is what you pay
  • If an event is cancelled, the organizer is responsible for refunds
  • Refund terms and conditions vary by event

5. Ticket Resale

If the organizer allows resale for their event:

  • You can list tickets for resale through our platform
  • Resold tickets are automatically verified and transferred
  • Additional terms apply when you sell (see Resale Terms)
  • Some events may restrict or prohibit resale

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when purchasing
  • Be 18+ years old to purchase tickets
  • Not use bots or automated purchasing systems
  • Comply with the event's terms and conditions
  • Keep your account credentials secure

7. Privacy

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy (https://7am.io/privacy). Your information is shared with event organizers to fulfill your ticket purchase.

8. Platform Availability

  • We aim to keep our platform available 24/7
  • We don't guarantee uninterrupted access
  • Occasionally we perform maintenance
  • We're not liable if you can't access the platform temporarily

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • 7AM is not responsible for event quality, safety, or cancellations
  • We're not liable for issues between you and event organizers
  • For ticket purchases, we provide only the technology platform
  • We're not responsible for any damages, whether direct, indirect, or consequential
  • Your contractual rights for tickets are with the event organizer, not with 7AM

10. Disputes and Support

Getting Help

  • For any issues: Contact us at support@7am.io
  • We'll help connect you with the event organizer when needed
  • We assist with technical issues and facilitate communication
  • While we aim to help resolve all issues, refunds and event-specific decisions remain with the organizer

Legal Disputes

  • These terms are governed by New Zealand law
  • Disputes are resolved through arbitration in Auckland, New Zealand
  • Your rights regarding the event itself are with the organizer

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

12. Language

These terms are provided in English. Any translations are for convenience only. In case of conflicts, the English version prevails.
