Fulfillment Policy

1. Ticket Delivery

  • All tickets purchased through 7am Ticketing are delivered digitally via email and accessible through the 7am Passport app.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase, containing their ticket details and instructions on how to access their tickets.
  • If a customer does not receive their ticket within 24 hours, they should check their spam/junk folder or contact our support team at support@7am.io.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refund policies vary depending on the event organizer. Customers should refer to the event page for specific refund terms before purchasing.
  • If an event is canceled, customers will receive a full refund automatically within 5-10 business days.
  • If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If a customer cannot attend, they may be eligible for a refund based on the organizer’s policy.
  • No refunds will be provided for customer errors (e.g., purchasing the wrong ticket) unless stated otherwise by the event organizer.

3. Ticket Transfers & Resale

  • Customers can transfer tickets to another person through the 7am Passport app using the “Gift Ticket” feature.
  • Some events may allow ticket resale through our official resale platform. If available, details will be provided on the event page.

4. Customer Support

  • For any issues related to ticket fulfillment, refunds, or event changes, customers can contact our support team at support@7am.io.
  • Support is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (NZT).
