1. Explore Events
Open the 7am App on your device. Tap ‘Events’ in the bottom left corner to browse all available events.
Here, you can view event details, purchase tickets, and save events as favorites by tapping the heart icon.
2. Access Your Tickets
Tap 'Tickets' to see all the tickets you’ve purchased. Here, you can pull up your QR code for entry and view info about the event and any benefits included.
3. Manage Your Favorites
Go to 'Favorites' in the bottom right corner to view all your saved events.
Tap any event to see more info, get updates, or buy tickets if you haven’t already.
4. Customize Your Account
Tap 'Menu' in the bottom right corner.
Here, you can access 'Settings', ‘Support’, or 'Resell Tickets'. In Support, you’ll get help with account issues, ticket questions, or any technical support you need. In Resell Tickets, you can list any tickets you can’t use, making selling them directly to other users easy.
In ‘Settings’, you can change your name, log out, or permanently delete your account and all its data.
