How to Gift Your Tickets?

You can gift your tickets in two easy ways: through the 7am Passport app or directly in the Ticket Hub. Whether you’re on your phone or using your browser, the process is quick and secure. Just choose the ticket, enter the recipient’s details, and they’ll receive an email with instructions to access it. In this article: Gifting Tickets in the Ticket Hub Gifting Tickets in the 7am Passport App 1. Gifting Tickets in the Ticket Hub From the 7am Tickets homepage, click the profile icon in the top-right corner to continue to the sign-in page. Enter the email address linked to your tickets, then click ‘Continue’ to sign in or create your account. Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your email, then click ‘Continue’ to complete the sign-in process. When you enter the Ticket Hub, your dashboard shows multiple options, including the Gift Ticket tile. Click the ‘Gift Ticket’ tile to send one of your tickets to a friend or family member. Click ‘Select Ticket’ to choose which ticket you’d like to gift. This will display a list of tickets available in your account, and you can pick the one you want to transfer. Once you’ve selected the ticket you want to gift, enter the recipient’s email or username. The recipient will receive an email notification with instructions on accessing their ticket. Once entered, click ‘Confirm Receiver’ to complete the transfer. 2. Gifting Tickets in the 7am Passport App 1. Download the 7am Passport app from the App Store or Google Play. 2. Log in with the email address used to purchase your tickets. 3. Navigate to 'Tickets' to select the ticket you want to gift. 4. Click the 'Gift Icon' at the top of the screen. 5. Enter the email address of the person you’re transferring the ticket to. 6. Once you've entered the email or username, click the 'Send Gift' button. The recipient will receive an email notification with instructions on accessing their ticket.

Why Can’t I Gift My Tickets?

Having trouble gifting your ticket? Here are a few reasons why this might be happening: 1. Event-Specific Rules: Each event has its transfer policies. Check the ‘Info’ tab for details. If you don’t see the policy listed, just reach out to the event organizer for guidance. 2. Timing Matters: Gift restrictions may increase as the event date approaches for security reasons. How Do I Receive Gifted Tickets?

Got tickets gifted for an event? You’ll receive an email with all the ticket details. After that, your tickets will automatically appear in the 'Tickets' section of the 7am Passport app—no extra steps needed! If you’d rather not use the app, you can also view your tickets by going to http://qr.7am.io. We’re here to make sure you have a smooth entry so you can focus on enjoying the event.

Can I Gift Tickets That Someone Gifted to Me?

Our system is designed to ensure every ticket lands in the right hands. And that includes the ability to gift tickets that someone gifted to you! Here's how it works: 1. Log into your account on our app. 2. Head over to the 'Tickets' section to find the ticket that's been gifted to you. 3. Click the gift icon for the selected ticket, enter the recipient's details, and follow the steps to confirm the gift. There you have it! We strive to simplify every part of your ticket experience, from receiving to gifting.

Can I Get a Refund on a Gifted Ticket?

Refund eligibility is determined by each event's specific policy. If you’ve received a gifted ticket and are seeking a refund, you’ll need to follow the event organizer’s guidelines. To find this information: Go to the ‘Info’ tab on the event page.   Scroll down to the Refund Policy section for all relevant details.   If no refund policy is listed, contact the event organizer directly for further instructions. Since policies can differ, it is important to know what applies to your event.
