How Do I Receive Gifted Tickets?

It's incredibly easy to gift tickets, and it's completely free! Here’s how to gift tickets inside our mobile app: 1. Download the 7am Passport app from the App Store or Google Play. 2. Log in with the email address used to purchase your tickets. 3. Navigate to 'Tickets' to select the ticket you want to gift. 4. Click the 'Gift Icon' at the top of the screen. 5. Enter the email address of the person you’re transferring the ticket to. The recipient will receive an email notification with instructions on accessing their ticket.

Having trouble gifting your ticket? Here are a few reasons why this might be happening: 1. Event-Specific Rules: Each event has its transfer policies. Check the ‘Info’ tab for details. If you don’t see the policy listed, just reach out to the event organizer for guidance. 2. Timing Matters: Gift restrictions may increase as the event date approaches for security reasons.
