When browsing event tickets, you'll see different options with various prices and perks. This guide helps you understand each ticket, check availability, and easily manage your cart. In this article: Discover Ticket Types 1. Discover Ticket Types On the event page, click on the 'Tickets' tab. Here, you’ll see all the tickets available for the event. Each ticket shows important info like the price and any benefits included with your purchase (e.g., music, merchandise, or VIP perks). You can also click on 'More' to get extra details about what’s included with that specific ticket.   If you see 'Sold Out', it means that the ticket is no longer available.   If tickets are still available, you can use the '+' or '-' buttons to add or remove them from your cart.   If you see 'Almost Sold Out', it means only a few tickets are left, so grab yours before they sell out!

Scroll down to find the price of each ticket listed below its name.   Another way to access pricing details is by clicking on 'More'. After clicking on 'More', a new page will open. The price will be listed again below the ticket name.

Find Ticket Benefits Once you're on the event website, click on the 'Tickets' tab to discover various ticket types and their unique features. Click on the ticket that catches your eye to uncover its exclusive features and benefits. You can also click on 'More'. Here are the benefits of each ticket. Click on any option to see detailed information about what's included. Next, you'll find all the detailed information about the event (provided by the organizer). For Mobile App Version: 1. Once you're in the 7am Passport app, go to the 'Tickets' section. Here, you'll see your available/unused tickets. 2. Tap on the ticket you want to view. Then, select the 'Show More' option. 3. Next, tap on 'Benefits' to see all the benefits included with your ticket. 4. Tap on each benefit to see more details and unlock it if available.

Follow these steps to access your tickets inside our mobile app: 1. Download the 7am Passport app from the App Store or Google Play. 2. Log in using the email address used to purchase your tickets. 3. Click on 'Tickets' to view your ticket and QR code. 4. Show the QR code when you arrive at the event. The app works offline, so there's no need to take a screenshot of the QR code. Just make sure to download the app and log in before you leave cellular reception.

Bringing your family and unsure if your child needs a ticket? It depends on the event. Some allow free entry for kids under a certain age, while others require a ticket for everyone. Check the 'Info' page for details or contact the event organizer through their social media channels.
