Swapy makes it easy to swap your tickets for a different ticket type at the same event with just a few clicks. There is no need to cancel or rebook—just pick a new ticket type from the available options, and your ticket will be updated right away. Note: Not all tickets can be swapped. If you don’t see any listed, the event organizer has not activated swaps for your ticket. In this article: Swapping for Lower-Priced Tickets Swapping for Higher-Priced Tickets ▶️ Watch Video 1. Swapping for Lower-Priced Tickets Open a browser and go to swap.7am.events. Enter the email linked to the ticket you want to swap, then click 'Continue'. Check your email for a six-digit code. Copy and paste it or type it in manually, then click 'Continue'. You’ll be taken to a page showing any tickets eligible for swapping. Click on the one you’d like to swap. Keep in mind that not all tickets can be swapped. If you don’t see any listed, the event organizer might not have allowed swaps for your tickets, even if they’re still in your account. You’ll then see a list of available ticket options you can switch to. Choose the ticket you want and click 'Continue'. Click 'Go to Checkout' to finalize the swap. If the new ticket costs less, you won’t be refunded the difference, and a note will display the amount you’ll lose if you proceed. Enter your name and email, and make sure you’re using the same email from the original ticket purchase; otherwise, the swap won’t work. Once you’ve entered your info and accepted the terms and conditions, click 'Next'. Confirm your email by clicking 'Yes, it's my Email'. You’ll see that the swap is free. Click 'Complete' to finish. After a few seconds, you’ll see a 'Transaction Successful' notification. Your ticket has been swapped, and the new one will appear in your account. 2. Swapping for Higher-Priced Tickets If you’re upgrading to a more expensive ticket, the process is similar, but you’ll need to add payment details to cover the difference: Choose the ticket you want to upgrade to and click 'Continue'. A screen shows the extra amount needed to complete the upgrade. Click 'Go to Checkout'. Enter your name and email (make sure it’s the original purchase email), agree to the terms and conditions, and click ‘Next’. Confirm your email by clicking 'Yes, it's my Email'. Pick a payment provider, enter your payment info, and click 'Pay'. After a few seconds, you’ll see a 'Transaction Successful' screen with instructions to access your tickets. Watch Video
