Gift Tickets
You can gift your tickets in two easy ways: through the 7am Passport app or directly in the Ticket Hub. Whether you’re on your phone or using your browser, the process is quick and secure. Just choose the ticket, enter the recipient’s details, and they’ll receive an email with instructions to access it.

From the 7am Tickets homepage, click the profile icon in the top-right corner to continue to the sign-in page.
Enter the email address linked to your tickets, then click ‘Continue’ to sign in or create your account.
Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your email, then click ‘Continue’ to complete the sign-in process.
When you enter the Ticket Hub, your dashboard shows multiple options, including the Gift Ticket tile.
Click the ‘Gift Ticket’ tile to send one of your tickets to a friend or family member.
Click ‘Select Ticket’ to choose which ticket you’d like to gift. This will display a list of tickets available in your account, and you can pick the one you want to transfer.
Once you’ve selected the ticket you want to gift, enter the recipient’s email or username. The recipient will receive an email notification with instructions on accessing their ticket. Once entered, click ‘Confirm Receiver’ to complete the transfer.
1. Download the 7am Passport app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Log in with the email address used to purchase your tickets.
3. Navigate to 'Tickets' to select the ticket you want to gift.
4. Click the 'Gift Icon' at the top of the screen.
5. Enter the email address of the person you’re transferring the ticket to.
6. Once you've entered the email or username, click the 'Send Gift' button.
The recipient will receive an email notification with instructions on accessing their ticket.
