Post-Purchase Support
If you can’t find your ticket, here’s what to do:
1. Check Your Email: Look for the purchase confirmation. It confirms your order but doesn’t include the ticket itself. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as the email might have landed there.
2. Open the 7am Passport App: Your tickets are stored in the app. Just sign in with the same email you used to buy them and head to the 'Tickets' section.
