From the 7am Tickets homepage, click the profile icon in the top-right corner to continue to the sign-in page.
Enter the email address linked to your tickets, then click ‘Continue’ to sign in or create your account.
Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your email, then click ‘Continue’ to complete the sign-in process.
When you enter the Ticket Hub, your dashboard shows multiple options, including the Gift Ticket tile.
Click the ‘Gift Ticket’ tile to send one of your tickets to a friend or family member.
Click ‘Select Ticket’ to choose which ticket you’d like to gift. This will display a list of tickets available in your account, and you can pick the one you want to transfer.
Once you’ve selected the ticket you want to gift, enter the recipient’s email or username, then click the 'Confirm Receiver' button.
Check the box next to 'I understand that gifted tickets are permanently transferred and can't be taken back'.
Then click the 'Gift Ticket' button.
Clicking this will transfer the ticket from your account to the recipient's account, and they will receive an email notification with instructions on how to access their ticket.

Once I've gifted a ticket, can I get it back?
No. Once you confirm the transfer, the ticket moves to the recipient’s account and can’t be taken back (unless they gift it back to you).
What if the person I’m gifting to doesn’t have a 7am account?
No problem. When you send the gift, an account will automatically be created for the the recipient. They will get an email with instructions on how to access their ticket.
Why don’t I see the Gift Ticket option on my ticket?
Not all organizers allow tickets to be gifted. If you don’t see the option, that means gifting is disabled for that event.
