Access the Ticket Hub and Update Your Settings

The Ticket Hub brings all your tickets and account tools into one place. From here, you can view your account QR code, view, gift or swap tickets, and access key settings to keep everything organized and secure. In this article: How Do I Access the Ticket Hub? How Do I Manage My Account Settings? Complete Verification for Payouts and Resale 1. How Do I Access the Ticket Hub? From the 7am Tickets homepage, click the profile icon in the top-right corner to continue to the sign-in page. Enter the email address linked to your tickets, then click ‘Continue’ to sign in or create your account. Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your email, then click ‘Continue’ to complete the sign-in process. Once you’ve accessed the Ticket Hub, you can start personalizing your account. 2. How Do I Manage My Account Settings? Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to update your personal details and manage your settings. Enter your preferred ‘Nickname’ in the field provided. Click ‘Save Changes’ to confirm. In the same area, fill in your ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’. Click ‘Save Changes’ to update your profile. Click the ‘Add Phone Number’ button to link your mobile number for OTP login, ticket updates, and important notifications. This next section, 'Payouts and Verification' only needs to be completed if you are reselling a ticket. 3. Complete Verification for Payouts and Resale In Settings, switch from the Account tab to ‘Payouts & Verification’, then click ‘Start Verification’ to begin verifying your identity so you can activate ticket resales and receive payouts. On the Review and Confirm screen, fill in the required fields as shown. Then, check the rest of the information (website, public descriptor, personal details) to make sure everything is correct. In the Payout Details section, add your Stripe account information. This is required to receive payouts directly to your bank account if you decide to use the 7am Resell feature, which lets you put your tickets back on sale securely through our platform. Once everything is completed, click 'Confirm' at the bottom to finish your verification. You’ll then see the Account onboarded screen, which means your details were submitted and are being reviewed. FAQs Do I need to create a new account to use the Ticket Hub? No, you don’t need to create a separate account. Just log in with the same email you used to purchase your tickets, and the Ticket Hub will recognize it. What if I didn’t receive the one-time password (OTP) email? First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, click Resend Code on the login screen to generate a new OTP. Can I change my email address in the Ticket Hub settings? No, the email address is tied to your ticket purchases and can’t be changed from the settings page. If you need to update it, contact support@7am.io.

The Ticket Hub is where you log in to manage your tickets. Here, you can easily view your QR code for event entry and keep your ticket details in one place. From the 7am Tickets homepage, click the profile icon in the top-right corner to continue to the sign-in page. Enter the email address linked to your tickets, then click ‘Continue’ to sign in or create your account. Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your email, then click ‘Continue’ to complete the sign-in process. Once you’ve accessed the Ticket Hub, you’ll see different options on your dashboard. 2. How to Find Your QR Code in the Ticket Hub? Click the ‘My QR Code’ tile in your dashboard to access your entry QR code. Your unique QR code will be displayed.IMPORTANT: This is your personal QR code — your digital key. It's your access to all your tickets, add-ons, and perks across the 7am platform, so don't share it with anyone! FAQs Can I use my QR code without internet or as a screenshot? Yes. If you login to the 7am Passport app for Android or iOS, you can access your QR code even without internet. Can I share my QR Code? No. You should NEVER share your QR code. This is your personal account code, and sharing it will give others access to your tickets, add-ons, and perks across the 7am platform.

Managing Your Tickets with the Ticket Hub

The Ticket Hub makes it simple to keep all your tickets in one place. You can check upcoming and past events, open any ticket to see key details, and use options like gifting or swapping to decide how your tickets are used. In this article: How Do I Access the Ticket Hub? How Do I View My Tickets in the Ticket Hub? 1. How Do I Access the Ticket Hub? From the 7am Tickets homepage, click the profile icon in the top-right corner to continue to the sign-in page. Enter the email address linked to your tickets, then click ‘Continue’ to sign in or create your account. Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your email, then click ‘Continue’ to complete the sign-in process. Once you’ve accessed the Ticket Hub, you can start managing your tickets. 2. How Do I View My Tickets in the Ticket Hub? Click the ‘My Tickets’ tile to view all the tickets linked to your account. After clicking the My Tickets tile, you’ll be taken to the My Tickets page, where you can view and manage all your tickets. Here you’ll find two tabs, ‘Upcoming’ and ‘Past’, to track your future events, past events, and access details for each ticket. Click ‘View’ on the ticket you want to open to see all the details, including the event date, time, and the benefits included. Once you’re inside the specific ticket, you can click ‘Gift Ticket’ if you want to send it to a friend or family member. Enter the recipient’s email or username, then click the 'Confirm Receiver' button. Check the box next to 'I understand that gifted tickets are permanently transferred and can't be taken back'. Then click the 'Gift Ticket' button. Clicking this will transfer the ticket from your account to the recipient's account, and they will receive an email notification with instructions on how to access their ticket. FAQs If I gift a ticket, will it disappear from my account? Yes. Once you confirm the transfer, the ticket moves to the recipient’s account. You’ll no longer see it in 'My Tickets'. Why don’t I see the Gift Ticket option on my ticket? Not all organizers allow tickets to be gifted. If the option isn’t showing, that means the event organizer has disabled gifting for your ticket.

Gifting Tickets Through the Ticket Hub

The Ticket Hub makes it easy to gift a ticket to someone else. Just pick the ticket you want to send, enter the recipient’s details, and they’ll receive an email with instructions to access it. This will display a list of tickets available in your account, and you can pick the one you want to transfer. Once you’ve selected the ticket you want to gift, enter the recipient’s email or username, then click the 'Confirm Receiver' button. Check the box next to 'I understand that gifted tickets are permanently transferred and can't be taken back'. Then click the 'Gift Ticket' button. Clicking this will transfer the ticket from your account to the recipient's account, and they will receive an email notification with instructions on how to access their ticket. No. Once you confirm the transfer, the ticket moves to the recipient’s account and can’t be taken back (unless they gift it back to you). What if the person I’m gifting to doesn’t have a 7am account? No problem. When you send the gift, an account will automatically be created for the the recipient. They will get an email with instructions on how to access their ticket. Why don’t I see the Gift Ticket option on my ticket? Not all organizers allow tickets to be gifted. If you don’t see the option, that means gifting is disabled for that event.

Swapping Tickets in the Ticket Hub

The Ticket Hub lets you swap your ticket for a different type at the same event. You can quickly select the ticket you want to change, pick from the available options, and complete the swap in just a few steps. Note: If the new ticket costs less, the swap is free. If it costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. In this article: How Do I Access the Ticket Hub? How Do I Swap a Ticket in the Ticket Hub? 1. How Do I Access the Ticket Hub? From the 7am Tickets homepage, click the profile icon in the top-right corner to continue to the sign-in page. Enter the email address linked to your tickets, then click ‘Continue’ to sign in or create your account. Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your email, then click ‘Continue’ to complete the sign-in process. When you enter the Ticket Hub, your dashboard shows multiple options, including the Swap Ticket tile. 2. How Do I Swap a Ticket in the Ticket Hub? Click the 'Swap Ticket' tile to change your ticket type. You’ll then see a list of tickets available for swapping. Only tickets eligible under the event organizer’s guidelines will appear here. Click the plus (+) icon to select the number of tickets you’d like to swap. Below, you’ll see the available ticket options. Click on the one you’d like to choose. Once you click on the available ticket option, a confirmation window will appear letting you know if there’s a price difference. Click ‘Go to Checkout’ to continue, or ‘Cancel’ to keep your current ticket. In this example, the swap is free since we’re moving to a lower-priced ticket. The price difference is not refunded. Note: If you’re swapping your ticket for a more expensive one, you’ll see a message like this letting you know the price difference. You’ll be taken to the Checkout page. Here, fill in your details (email, first name, last name, and phone number) and check the box to agree to the Terms of Service. Once completed, click ‘Next’ to continue. After clicking ‘Next’, you’ll be asked to confirm your email address. This step ensures your ticket and any updates will be sent to the correct inbox. If everything looks good, click ‘Yes, it’s my Email’. If not, click ‘No, let’s redo’ to make corrections. Once you confirm your email, you’ll be taken to the Payment section. Since we’re swapping to a lower-priced ticket, there’s no extra cost. Just click ‘Complete’ to finish and confirm your new ticket. Note: If you’re swapping to a higher-priced ticket, this is where you’ll see the price difference. You’ll need to choose your preferred payment method, enter the details, and complete the payment before the swap can be finalized. You’ll see a confirmation screen showing that your transaction was successful. FAQs Do my perks change when I swap? Yes. Your perks and access match the new ticket type. For example, swapping to VIP grants VIP perks; swapping down removes them. Can I cancel or reverse a completed swap? No. Once a swap is completed it is final. If you made a mistake, you can attempt another swap back to a different type if inventory and rules allow, or contact support as soon as possible. Can I use a discount code to cover the price difference? Yes. If you have a valid discount code, you can apply it during checkout when paying the difference for a higher-priced ticket.

How to Resell Your Ticket in the Ticket Hub

The Ticket Hub lets you resell your tickets securely if you can’t make it to an event. Instead of giving your ticket away or letting it go unused, you can put it back on sale through the 7am platform. Once sold, the ticket will be transferred to a new buyer, and your payout will be processed safely. In this article: How Do I Access the Ticket Hub? How to Resell a Ticket in the Ticket Hub? How Do I Delist a Ticket? 1. How Do I Access the Ticket Hub? From the 7am Tickets homepage, click the profile icon in the top-right corner to continue to the sign-in page. Enter the email address linked to your tickets, then click ‘Continue’ to sign in or create your account. Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your email, then click ‘Continue’ to complete the sign-in process. Once you’ve accessed the Ticket Hub, you’ll see different options on your dashboard, including the Resell Ticket tile. 2. How to Resell a Ticket in the Ticket Hub? Once you’re inside the Ticket Hub, click on 'Resell Ticket'. Then, click 'Select Ticket' to view the tickets available in your account and choose the one you want to resell. Once you select a ticket, the Resell settings will open. Here you can choose the 'Quantity' of tickets you want to resell, and set the price you want to sell each ticket for. When reselling a ticket through the 7am platform, there is a cap on how much you can increase the price. The maximum markup allowed is 10% above the original ticket price. You are free to set the resale price at any amount up to that cap. For example, if the original ticket price is $100, the highest resale price you can set is $110. This ensures fair resale practices and keeps tickets accessible for everyone. The Pricing Summary will display the subtotal, service fee, and the total you’ll receive. Click 'Continue' to move forward. Check the box to confirm you’ve read and accepted the resale terms and conditions. After that, click 'Resale Ticket' to finalize and list your ticket. You’ll then be given a unique link that you can share with others. Anyone who visits this link will be sent directly to checkout where they can purchase your ticket. Please note: To resell your ticket, you must first verify your account with Stripe, so you can receive your payout once your ticket is sold. If you haven’t completed this step yet, we explain how to do it here. After finalizing, you’ll see a Success screen confirming that your ticket is now listed for resale. You can also choose 'Resale more tickets' if you want to put additional tickets back on sale. 3. How Do I Delist a Ticket? If you change your mind and no longer want to resell your ticket, you can remove it from resale at any time. In the Sale tab, click 'Unlist' under the ticket. A confirmation window will appear, then click 'Delist' to finalize. Once delisted, your ticket will no longer be available for purchase and will remain safely in your account.
